The MiS: MLS® High Peak Pulse is a laser therapy device created by ASA that combines low and high power laser therapy for effective treatment. It is designed with a focus on patient safety while delivering high peak power and controlled average power. The device has shown promising results in treating peripheral neuropathies, a form of chronic pain that often has limited response to conventional treatments. It incorporates six pulsed laser diodes and one continuous/frequency-modulated laser diode, operating at specific wavelengths (905nm and 808nm). It offers four emission methods, including synchronized continuous/frequency-modulated and pulsed modes, as well as single continuous/frequency-modulated and pulsed modes. The frequency, intensity, and treatment time can be adjusted to suit individual needs. The device includes over 25 control sensors for enhanced performance and safety. It features two handpieces with different optical terminal sizes, a trolley for easy transportation, a jointed arm for fixed point use, and a high-resolution LCD touchscreen for intuitive control. The MiS: MLS® High Peak Pulse operates on a power supply of 100-240V at 50-60Hz and weighs 25 kg, with dimensions of 56 x 47.4 x 147 cm.
